Join us in preparing one of the most beloved dishes of the Mulgi region – Mulgi porridge, also known locally as kärutädi puder, poolvillane, and more. This hands-on workshop gives you the opportunity to learn how to make traditional Mulgi porridge from scratch.
We’ll guide you through every step of the process: soaking the groats, peeling potatoes, and chopping meat and onions. While the porridge simmers on the stove, we’ll share fascinating stories about its history, preparation, and cultural significance.
This workshop is perfect for food lovers, cultural enthusiasts, and anyone curious about Mulgi traditions.
Additional option: We can also prepare a vegetarian-friendly version of Mulgi porridge.
